HOW IT WORKS

For landlords' it's a simple process. Instead of signing a tenancy agreement with a tenant, you sign a management agreement with Suburban Plush Limited. This contract will typically last between 3-5 years and should you want to, we can also accommodate longer term agreements. Once the contract is signed you don’t need to do anything else, as we take care of the rest so you can enjoy doing what you love!

How It Works

For landlords' it's a simple process. Instead of signing a tenancy agreement with a tenant, you sign a management agreement with Suburban Plush Limited. 

Together we will agree a monthly rental amount that you would be happy to receive.

We provide an agreement that has been carefully drafted by our solicitors and sets out all the terms.

Once signed, we take over the management of the house and fill it with our professional tenants.

You receive your guaranteed rent, so you no longer need to constantly check your bank statements!

We return the house in great condition at the end of the period.

 

Landlord Checklist

You will require the following documents for Suburban Plush to manage your property.

A recent copy of your Council Tax Bill.

Copy of valid Gas Safety record.

Copy of a recent Mortgage Statement.

Copy of Land
Registry.

Copy of valid Energy Performance Certificate.

Copy of Utility
Bills.

Copy of valid NICEIC Certificate.

Copy of Building Insurance.

2FULL sets of
keys.

Remember, if you do not have a valid Gas Safety, Electric, or Energy Performance Certificate, we can arrange these for you.
